Fox ESS H3-PRO-15.0 for larger three-phase hybrid projects

Fox ESS H3-PRO-15.0 is a 15kW three-phase hybrid inverter built for sites that have moved beyond the regular H3 range and need a more capable hybrid platform. The current H3 PRO datasheet lists three independent MPPT trackers, dual battery inputs and a high-voltage battery architecture, making the model well suited to larger residential properties, farm buildings and light-commercial systems where storage and array design both need more headroom.

The most important difference between this inverter and the smaller H3 family is not simply the 15kW rating. Why 15kW in the H3 PRO range matters

For a bigger project, that added string-level flexibility can have a real effect on how neatly the PV side is designed.

The H3 PRO platform also supports two battery inputs with 50A + 50A max charge and discharge current, designed for high-voltage LFP batteries. That gives the inverter a stronger storage backbone than a simpler single-input battery arrangement and makes it more appropriate where battery throughput matters alongside PV generation.

Monitoring, build and installation detail

Fox lists FoxCloud monitoring on the H3 PRO range, and the current datasheet shows Wi-Fi, Ethernet, optional 4G, RS485, USB, DRM and BMS CAN communications. That creates a broad installer-facing and user-facing connection set, which is especially useful on larger and more technical jobs.

The enclosure is IP65 rated for outdoor use, with smart fan cooling. Fox lists dimensions of 600 × 560 × 225 mm and a 52.5 kg net weight. Those figures place the H3-PRO-15.0 firmly in professional hybrid territory while keeping the inverter wall-mountable and manageable on site.
