Delivery options

  • Standard parcel delivery — tracked courier, typically 1–2 working days to UK mainland. Ideal for chargers, accessories and smaller solar components.
  • Pallet delivery — for bulkier items such as multi‑panel solar kits or commercial chargers. Typically 2–3 working days, kerbside as standard; 24/48‑hour services on request.
  • Collection — collect from our Oxfordshire distribution hub by appointment. Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm stock is ready.

Lead times

We dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Stocked items ordered before our warehouse cut‑off are dispatched same day where services allow. Back‑order items are clearly flagged with estimated lead times. Exact services and pricing are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery area

UK mainland addresses only. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Please report any damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
